Founder & CEO
Reagan Faulkner
Reagan Faulkner is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Public Square Digital. A North Carolina native, Reagan founded Public Square Digital as her second entrepreneurial venture. She launched and operated her first company for seven years, gaining early experience in production, pricing, and client relations. After interning with a U.S. Senate campaign and assisting with numerous other campaigns and get-out-the-vote efforts, she identified a clear gap: campaigns were relying on a patchwork of disconnected tools, with no integrated platform built for the conservative movement. She founded Public Square Digital to fill that gap.
Reagan has held a number of leadership positions in conservative political organizing. She serves as President of the College Republicans at UNC Wilmington and as Secretary of the North Carolina Federation of College Republicans, where she was named the Federation’s 2025 Woman of the Year. She also hosts The Reagan Faulkner Show on The Wilmington Standard and has been featured on Fox News’s The Ingraham Angle and in the Carolina Journal.
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Reagan sets the strategic direction of Public Square Digital and oversees its growth. She is committed to driving innovation within the conservative movement and equipping candidates and campaigns with the tools they need to compete and succeed.
Her professional experience includes internships with the New Hanover County District Attorney’s Office, a national public relations firm, and a commercial real estate brokerage.
Chief Operating Officer
Jennifer Faulkner
Jennifer Faulkner serves as the Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in business operations, finance, strategic planning, human resources, and organizational development.
A North Carolina native and graduate of Meredith College, Jennifer has built a career leading organizations through growth, operational excellence, and innovation. As a former Vice President and Co-Owner of a successful business, she has developed scalable business systems, strengthened financial and operational processes, implemented technology solutions, and built high-performing teams.
As COO, Jennifer oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. She is passionate about leveraging technology to create meaningful solutions that improve organizational performance and empower civic engagement.
Known for her integrity, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to excellence, Jennifer is dedicated to developing innovative technology that strengthens civic participation, promotes informed engagement, and equips organizations with the tools they need to better serve their communities.
Vice President
Ethan Konkle
Ethan Konkle is the Vice President of Public Square Digital, where he provides strategic direction and internal counsel.
A North Carolina native, Ethan serves as Vice President of the College Republicans at UNC Wilmington, contributing to the organization’s planning and operations. He has also participated in the Forvis Mazars Leadership Program, where he worked directly with audit and tax professionals to gain insight into the accounting profession.
Ethan’s professional experience includes an internship with Rogers & Company, CPAs, of North Carolina. He is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa and Beta Alpha Psi, the national accounting honor society.
As Vice President, Ethan advises on internal operations and strategic planning, working closely with the executive team to guide Public Square Digital’s growth.
Ethan studied Business Administration, with a concentration in Accountancy, at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
