WHY WE EXIST

The right has the voters.
Not the tools.

For two decades, the left invested in integrated political technology — platforms that let campaigns, county parties, and organizing groups share data and coordinate at scale. The right was left running county parties on spreadsheets, canvassing off paper walk lists, and paying consultant prices for polling a local candidate could never afford.

Public Square Digital exists to close that gap. One platform for canvassing, voter data, organizing, and polling — priced for a county party and a first-time candidate, not just a state party with a national budget. We started in North Carolina because it’s home, and because the first cycle we could prove the platform in was ours. We’re built for the movement, not retrofitted for it.

DATA & PRIVACY

Political data is a target. We treat it that way.

Every campaign’s data is isolated at the database level, not just hidden behind a login screen — enforced by the database itself, so a bug in a screen can never leak another campaign’s rows. We store no passwords; sign-in runs through a dedicated identity provider with multi-factor authentication. Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and sensitive actions — exports, access changes, voter-data edits — write to a permanent audit trail.
