Effective date: September 25, 2026

About this policy

Public Square Digital LLC, doing business as Public Square Digital (“Public Square Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), explains in this Privacy Policy how we collect, use, and disclose personal information through https://www.publicsquaredigital.com (the “Website”) and in communications about our products and services.

This policy covers website visitors, people who contact us or request a demonstration, and prospective customers. It covers information we handle for our own website and business communications. It does not describe all processing within PSD Network, PSD Walk, PSD Polling, or other customer platform services, including processing of platform accounts, voter records, canvassing, polling, donors, volunteers, and customer-uploaded data. For questions about those services and the privacy terms that apply to them, contact contact@publicsquaredigital.com. If you interact with a campaign or organization using our platform, review that organization’s privacy notice as well.

Information you provide

We collect the information you choose to provide when you contact us, request a demonstration, or communicate with our team. Depending on your request, this may include:

  • Your name, email address, and telephone number.
  • Your organization name and type, such as a campaign, political party, political action committee, or nonprofit.
  • The office or race associated with your inquiry, your timeline, and your product interests.
  • Your reason for contacting us, message content, scheduling details, and correspondence with our team.
  • Your communication preferences and records of consent or requests to stop communications.

Information about your organization, office, or race may reveal political affiliations. Providing optional information is your choice. Please do not submit voter lists, donor records, passwords, payment card details, or other confidential or sensitive records through general Website inquiry forms.

If you provide information about someone else, you must have authority to do so and provide any notice required by applicable law.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, we and the providers that operate it may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, visit times, and error or security logs. An IP address may indicate an approximate location.

Website features and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to support functionality, maintain security, and remember preferences. Cookies are small files stored on your device; similar technologies may store information in your browser or receive information when content loads. Where applicable law requires consent for optional technologies, we will request that consent before using them. You can contact contact@publicsquaredigital.com with questions about cookies and Website data collection.

How we use information

We use information for the purposes relevant to your interaction with us, including to:

  • Respond to questions, arrange demonstrations, and provide requested information or support.
  • Understand your organization’s needs and discuss relevant products and services.
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the website and our communications systems.
  • Send product updates or marketing communications where permitted by law and consistent with your preferences.
  • Keep business records, document communication choices, address disputes, and meet legal obligations.

If website analytics are enabled, technical and usage information may also be used to understand website use and improve its content and performance, subject to applicable notice, choice, and consent requirements.

We will obtain consent where required before using information for an additional purpose that requires it.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to the following recipients for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Service providers that help us host and maintain the website, secure systems, manage inquiries, schedule meetings, and deliver communications. They receive information needed for their work for us, subject to applicable contractual and legal restrictions.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors, when needed for their services.
  • Authorities or other recipients when disclosure is required by law, necessary to respond to valid legal process, or appropriate to protect rights, safety, or security, as permitted by law.
  • Parties involved in a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections and applicable law.
  • Other recipients when you direct us to share information or provide consent where required.

Your communication and cookie choices

You can choose not to provide optional information. If you do not provide information needed to answer a request, we may be unable to complete it.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the instructions in those emails or by contacting contact@publicsquaredigital.com. An unsubscribe request does not prevent us from sending necessary, nonmarketing communications about a request or an existing business relationship.

Providing a telephone number or using the website does not by itself authorize automated marketing calls or texts. If you separately opt in to a text messaging program, the consent disclosure and program terms presented at enrollment explain that program and how to stop messages. You may also contact contact@publicsquaredigital.com to change your communication preferences.

Your browser may let you block or delete cookies or manage permissions for website features. Consult your browser’s settings or help documentation for instructions. Blocking cookies may affect website features. To communicate a privacy preference or withdraw consent you previously gave us, contact contact@publicsquaredigital.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Privacy requests

Depending on where you live, the laws that apply to us, and the information involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain processing, including sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Some laws also provide rights to restrict or object to processing, appeal a denied request, or complain to a regulator. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

To make a request, email contact@publicsquaredigital.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Tell us the nature of your request and how to reach you. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority. Please do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill your request, we will explain the reason as required. Where an appeal right applies, you may appeal by contacting contact@publicsquaredigital.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Requests about information a customer controls should generally be directed to that organization. If you contact us about such information, we will assist as required by law and our applicable obligations.

How long we retain information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. We consider the nature of the information, the status of your inquiry or relationship with us, applicable recordkeeping obligations, security needs, and the time needed to resolve disputes.

We may retain limited records of opt-out requests to honor your choices. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or deidentify it, subject to applicable legal obligations and backup retention processes.

How we protect information

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Other websites and service providers

The website may link to outside websites or direct you to account registration, scheduling, or payment services. Embedded third-party features may also receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, when they load or when you interact with them. Review the privacy notices presented by those services. This policy does not govern information a third party handles independently for its own purposes.

Children

The website is intended for adults acting in a professional or organizational capacity and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact contact@publicsquaredigital.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

Where information is processed

We operate in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will apply the safeguards required by that law. For questions about processing locations or safeguards applicable to your information, contact contact@publicsquaredigital.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on the website and revise the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required by law. Changes do not override commitments we are legally required to honor for information already collected.
